Youth Indoor Season 2022-23

Welcome to Indoor Soccer 2022-23!

Wetaskiwin Soccer Club is so excited to welcome our members back for the Indoor 2022-2023 season! In order for our programs to succeed, it is imperative that we find coaches and other volunteers to run our teams. If you’d like to learn more, please visit our Coaches page.

Fees & Days of Play

Youth Indoor Season Start: Mid - Late October Depending on space availability. NOTE: We are very grateful to our local schools for allowing us to use their gymnasiums. All training days are subject to change. Official schedules will be shared in teamsnap when teams are set.

U6-U8 Internal Skill Centre (BORN 2015-2017)

This program will consist of an internal skill centre with some potential external game days at the Edmonton Soccer Dome.

Fee: $125 (Installment payments available)
(includes player insurance, facility rental, training jersey, shorts, socks, and league fees)

Training: 
Thursdays 6-6:55pm

U9 DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE (BORN 2014)

This program will consist of training days & 5 weekend game days (2-3 games per day) at the Wetaskiwin Drill Hall (Soccer Turf).

Fee: $200 (Installment payments available)
(includes player insurance, facility rental, training jersey, shorts, socks, and league fees)

Training: 
Tuesdays 6-6:55pm

U11, U13 CAYSL LEAGUE (BORN 2010-2013) 

CAYSL League Play throughout central Alberta. Training 1-2 times per week plus games in Camrose or Red Deer 2-4 Saturdays per month. 

Fee: $300 (Installment payments available)
(includes player insurance, facility rental, training jersey, shorts, socks, and league fees)

Training:
U11 Co-ed Tues/Thurs 6-6:55pm

U13 Co-ed Mon/Wed 6-7:25pm FULL - no longer accepting new registrations

Payment Options and Financial Assistance

 We have the following payment options available:

• Installment payments - First half is due immediately and second half is due one month following the first payment. If you would like to set up automatic installment payments on your credit card, you’ll need to scroll down on the payment page in the registration form, turn ‘On’ installment payments, and continue with setting up your payment card.
• Jumpstart gives a grant of up to $300 per child for winter sports. Kidsport is another option for financial assistance, giving a grant of up to $250. If you have applied for assistance, please send your confirmation email to treasurer@wetaskiwinsoccer.com.
• If you are still concerned about the financial commitment this season, please contact Amy at treasurer@wetaskiwinsoccer.com. We will do our best to help you get your player on the field!

If this is your first time using TeamSnap, you will need to create an account. Please be careful, as your browser may attempt to auto-complete the registration fields, and this may cause errors in your registration. If you have used TeamSnap before, you can login with your TeamSnap credentials and complete the registration details.

Next Steps

Once your registration is completed and paid, you will be added to a team in TeamSnap. You will need to download the TeamSnap app on your phone, and then you will receive an invitation to join the team by email. If you do not receive an email invitation, please email Christie at  registrar@wetaskiwinsoccer.com.
